The employees were polite and exceptionally nice. The room we had included it's own balcony and WiFi. Separate bathroom was large.

It was all superb.

Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave there, I would stay here again. All food at the American breakfast was outstanding. Its location was very central, a minute walk from Hi Spa. Besides, I were walk from eateries and bars. The train station was within 20 minutes' walk away.

The location was magnificent, near the old town of Hanoi, the famous lake and Hanoi airport. Rooms with a big balcony had a quiet atmosphere.

The whole experience was such great, no complaints, would definitely recommend. Everything seemed great, polite staff, new-fashioned rooms. The hotel's location was fantastic, not far from the Old Quarter and right in the Old Quarters. Hoan Kiem district was worth staying in.

We enjoyed staying in this clean hotel. The staff was courteous all day long. Comforts of superior double room with gorgeous balconies were fabulous. The breakfast was gorgeous with coffee, you will not be disappointed.

the rooms are nicely furnished and well-appointed and include an electric kettle and refrigerators. everyone who works in the hotel is reasonably good and thoughtful. all in all they offer impeccable service. there's overnight parking available and free internet too. plus, the location is particularly good and handy, minutes from temple of the jade mountain. 26 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to simple cheap restaurants.
